Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent/MCD and submits that partial demolition action has already been taken by the respondent/MCD on 9th February, 2026. She further submits that the proper remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the Appellate Tribunal, MCD (hereinafter ‘ATMCD’). 3. In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the ATMCD within fifteen (15) days from today. 4.
