This application has been filed by the Plaintiff-Petitioner with the prayer for issue of a direction to the learned Second Additional Senior Civil Judge, Balasore for early disposal of the Civil Suit bearing C.S. No. 9246 of 2014-I. 2. Mr. Mekap, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after examination of the plaintiff, a memo was filed on behalf of the defendant No.4 stating that no evidence from his side would be filed for which his evidence has been closed. Thereafter, the case was posted to 10.11.2025 for evidence of the defendant Nos. 2, 3 and 5. But, evidence could not be recorded due to their absence. 3. The Petitioner-plaintiff has only filed copies of two orders, i.e. order dated 26.11.2014 and 17.10.2025, from which it cannot be assessed whether the delay in disposal of the suit is due to the fault of the plaintiff or the defendants. 4. Be as it may, as the suit is of the year 2014, the CMP is disposed of requesting the learned Second Additional Senior Civil Judge, Balasore not to grant unnecessary adjournments in the suit and make an endeavor for its expeditious disposal.
