1. After arguing for a while, when confronted with the maintainability of the instant petition, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he would feel satisfied in case the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner is considered within some reasonable period, to which Mr. Suneel Malhotra, learned GA on asking of the Court is not averse provided the same is directed to be considered strictly under rules and as per law.
2. Since an innocuous prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view no objection by learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of at its threshold by directing the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to accord due consideration to the representation alleged to have been made by the petitioner strictly under rules and as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order along with the copy of writ petition and its annexure are made Sr. No. 172

available to the said respondents. The copy of the representation is stated to have been placed on record as Annexure V dated 05.06.2026. The order of consideration, which is likely to be passed be forwarded to the petitioner by the said respondents through registered post.
3. The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with connected application(s) in the manner indicated above.
