Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been superannuated on 30.04.2024 and as such, he does not want to pursue this matter further. 3. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication and the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 4. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be made part of this record.
