Maninder Singh Bal @ Manjinder Singh and others”. Another prayer is made in the peon to direct the trial Court to dispose of the applicaon under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC, expediously. 2. However, it is conceded by learned senior counsel for the peoner that a@er filing of the present revision peon, the report of the Local Commissioner has already been received and therefore the relief qua challenge to the order dated 11.02.2026 (Annexure P-19) has become infructuous. 3. However, learned senior counsel for the peoner has pressed to direct the trial Court to dispose of the applicaon under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC, expediously by keeping in mind the status of the peoner at the me of filing of the suit. 4. The aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the peoner appears to be quite reasonable and genuine.
