The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- “to Issue appropriate Writ(s)/ Order (s)/ Direction(s) thereby directing the respondent no.2 to provide safety and security to the life and liberty of the petitioners in case: (a) a) the Respondent no.5 to 11 intends to harm the petitioners and when Respondent no. 5 to 11 tries to implicate the petitioners in any false criminal case on the complaint filed by respondent no.5 to 11. b) Direct the Respondent no.3 and 4 to record the statement of petitioner no. in Delhi or Via video Conferencing. c) It is further prayed that the respondent No.2 may directed that petitioners may not be harassed at the instance of respondent no.3 to 11 This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are presently residing within the territorial jurisdiction of Police Station Jamia Nagar. 3. Mr. Anand V. Khatri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Delhi Police, is directed to furnish the contact details of the Station House Officer (SHO), Police Station Jamia Nagar, to the petitioners. In the event the petitioners receive any threat or have any grievance concerning the private respondents, they shall be at liberty to contact the said SHO. 4. Upon being approached, the concerned SHO shall examine the said grievance and take such action as necessary in accordance with law. 5.
