Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the trial court has already acquitted the respondent-Adil Hussain Dar. He has also placed on record judgement passed by learned Special Judge designated NIA Court for Shopian and Kulgam at Kulgam. His statement is taken on record. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and no objection from Mr. Mohsin Qadiri, learned Senior AAG appearing for the appellant, the instant application seeking Condonation of Delay is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Consequently, the main appeal is also dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
