THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE No.1917 of 2022
ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 10.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29228 of 2021.
2. The said Writ Petition is disposed of with certain directions to the respondents therein. Accordingly, a survey was conducted and in the said survey report, it is found that there is some encroachment in the land of the petitioner and laid pillars and constructed a drain in the said land to the extent of 1 feet width and 16 feet length. During the pendency of the contempt proceedings, the respondents removed the pillars and demolished the drainage and also laid an approach road to the petitioner’s land.
3. Sri.K.S.Murthy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2, Sri.K.Narsi Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4, Sri. Harish Kumar Rasineni,
learned counsel for the respondent No.5, and Sri. Rama Chandra Raju, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3, on instructions, would submit that the order of this Court is complied with and after noticing the encroachment and constructions made in

the land of the petitioner, they were removed subsequently. The respondent-authorities with the consent of the petitioner laid an approach road for the use of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on both side submits that, now, there is no grievance to the petitioner and he is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property.
5. Having considered the submissions of the respective counsel, this Court is of the considered view that no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Case at present, in the interest of justice.
6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
