1. By way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioners, who are the brother-in-law and sister-in-law of respondent No. 2 – complainant, seek quashing of FIR No. 507/2023 dated 16.11.2023, registered at Police Station K. M. Pur, District South, Delhi, under Sections 498A/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. After some arguments, Ms. Shaguftha H. Badhwar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners before the Trial Court, or at the stage of arguments on charge, including filing of an application seeking discharge.
