By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 127/2017, registered at Police Station Bandikui, District Dausa for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 498-A and 406 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court on the basis of the factual report received from the SHO, Police Station Bandikui, Dausa, that after thorough investigation in the instant matter, the police has submitted the Final Report (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1915/2017] (Negative), hence under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4. Stay application and all application (pending, if any) also stand dismissed.
