The order of suspension dated 14.01.2026 passed by the respondent no.2-Director, Cooperative Societies and Panchayat Audit, Govt. of U.P. at Lucknow is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. When the matter was taken up on the last occasion, a query was made that whether the charge-sheet has been served upon the petitioner or not. Today when the matter is taken up it is admitted by counsel for the parties that charge-sheet has already been served upon the petitioner and thereafter enquiry report was also submitted on 02.02.2026. 3. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
