The petitioner also seeks early disposal of her complaint filed under section 144 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 in case bearing MT No. 106/2025, pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi (‘Family Court’). In view of the above, and the prayer made in the petition, it is not considered necessary to issued notice on this petition. The petition is accordingly disposed-of; with a direction to the learned Mahila Court seized with complaint case bearing No.2749/2020; and the learned Family court seized with case bearing MT No. 106/2025, to dispose- of the matters as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within 06 months from today.
