Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner produced copy of order dated 24.01.2025 so passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1006 of 2025. It is contended that Writ Appeal dismissed by this Court on the ground of delay has been set aside and the matter has been remitted back to the Writ Appellate Court for disposal of the same. 4. It is contended that since Writ Appeal is pending against the order in question , Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the Contempt Petition with liberty to refile the same after disposal of the Writ Appeal. 5.
