By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seek quashing of the impugned order dated 23.02.2026 and 28.02.2026, whereby although the learned Trial Court had kept an application of personal bail bond pending vide order dated 23.02.2026, however, the same was dismissed due to non-furnishing of present residential address vide order dated 28.02.2026. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh giving better particulars, including fresh/ correct address, of the petitioner. 3.
