For the sufficient cause shown in the application (CMP(M) No.227 of 2021), delay in bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.12, is condoned. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.12, are ordered to be brought on record. Amended memo of parties be filed on or before the next date of hearing. Applications stand disposed of. CMP(M) Nos. 212 and 228 of 2021 Applications for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 2, as mentioned in paragraph-5 of the application (CMP(M) No. 228 of 2021) have been filed. Service has been effected upon respondents No. 2(a), 2(c) and 2(d). Respondent No. 2(b) is the mother of Ashok Kumar, i.e., deceased respondent No. 2. Since the other legal representatives, including the wife and children, are already on record, we deem it fit to dispense with her presence and there is no requirement for filing any further application.
