No.1907 of 2026 ORDER This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents to give Police Protection to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 23.01.2026, 23.02.2026 and 19.03.2026. 2. The learned Government Advocate Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar categorically contended that having sent a representation, when the third respondent had taken effective steps to call him for enquiry, he had not turned up and when the police frequented to his house, the said house remains locked 24 x 7. Hence they are not able to reach the petitioner, facilitating him with police protection. 3. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. 4. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police and give a fresh representation.
