Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has considered the applications of the petitioner and rejected the same vide order dated 01.04.2026 and further submits that the orders of this Court have been complied with. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has not disposed of the applications of the petitioner as directed by this Hon’ble Court and they disposed of the applications after the period granted by this Court and hence requested this Court to impose some costs on the respondent. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. 4 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent has disposed of the applications of the petitioner and complied with the orders of this Court. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. It is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the orders of the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
