Case No.193 of 2026, corresponding to C.T. Case No.357 of 2026 pending before the learned J.M.F.C. (City), Balasore. 4. It is further alleged that the informant subsequently came to know that no such land existed. When the informant questioned the Petitioner and her husband in this regard, they abused her in filthy language and threatened her. Hence, this case. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court finds no ground, at this stage, to interfere with the proceeding arising out of Balasore Sadar P.S. Case No.193 of 2026, corresponding to C.T. Case No.357 of 2026, pending before the learned J.M.F.C. (City) Balasore, as the materials on record prima facie disclose the commission of the alleged offences. Accordingly, the application for quashing of the criminal proceeding stands rejected. 6.
