Since an innocuous prayer is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also it appears that the petitioner has made various representations before the respondents, which are stated to be pending consideration, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at this stage and the same is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat this writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and accord consideration to the same strictly in accordance with the rules governing the field, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
