It be noted that on the first date, the petitioner was protected from taking any coercive steps. It is, however, pointed out that the investigation has been carried out and the charge-sheet is filed. If that be so, the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all his grievances before the concerned Court. 3. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
