1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners had drawn the attention of this Court towards the earlier litigations that a writ petition bearing SWP No. 3208/2014 was filed against petitioner No. 1-Vidhushi Jamwal, whereas petitioner No. 2-Jyoti Dhiman had preferred a writ petition bearing SWP No. 1123/2014. SWP No. 3208/2014, filed by one Pooja Kumari, wherein petitioner No. 1 was the private respondent, was dismissed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated
04.10.2017. Pursuant to said order, the communication dated 24.10.2017 was issued by the Zonal Education Officer, Tikri to Chief Education Officer, Udhampur recommending engagement of petitioner No. 1-Vidhushi Jamwal as Rehbar-e-Taleem for GMS Bassani (West- Mand).
2. SWP No. 1123/2014, filed by petitioner No. 2, was disposed of vide
order dated 26.02.2018 with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Reasi to hold a fresh inquiry with regard to factum of residence of the petitioner No. 2 as well as the private respondent therein on the date of issuance of the advertisement notice, after affording opportunity of 51

hearing to the petitioner herein as well as the private respondent therein and the needful has been done.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the claim of the petitioners be considered in terms of judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in U. T. of J&K and others vs. Saba Wani and others. Ms. Minakshi Salathia, learned Dy.AG submits that the respondents would consider the claim of the petitioners in terms of judgment (supra).
4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners strictly in accordance with the judgment of the Supreme Court referred above.
