Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.75 of 2023 pending in the file of learned Dist. & Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. Recorded the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. Referring to Annexure-2, it is submitted that the petitioner is having disability and suffering from mental illness. The further submission is that in view of the cyber crime alleged and report lodged as per Annexure-1, the petitioner apprehends arrest in the hands of Jamshedpur police in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.75 dated 11th December, 2023. It is claimed that an amount of Rs.12,000/-only was credited to the account of the petitioner, which has already been seized in the meantime. Recorded the submission of learned counsel for the State. Considering the facts pleaded on record and submissions as above and since, a transit bail is pleaded by the petitioner, this Court, in view of the FIR i.e. Annexure-1 lodged, is inclined to allow the same to the petitioner for a period of one month from today and in the meantime, either to surrender before the court concerned or to seek such other remedy under law. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. (R.K.
