1. By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks following reliefs:-
“A. Direct disciplinary action to be initiated against Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 for misuse of authority, illegal pendency of the Petitioner’s complaint for over eight months despite lack of jurisdiction, and harassment suffered by Petitioner: and/ or
B. Direct the Commissioner of Police to send or transfer the complaint to the concerned Police Station: and/ or

2. At the outset, learned ASC has handed over a copy of Office Communication dated 29.06.2026, which is taken on record. The contents thereof read as under:-

The Deputy Commissioner of Police,
South West District, Delhi-110057
Subject:- Regarding transfer of complaint of Smt. Neha Singh. Enclosed please find herewith a complaint of Smt. Neha Singh received in this office vide Dy. No. 5511/SDC/DCP, dt. 19.06.2026. As per the enquiry report of ACP/HK/SD, it has been found that the matter pertains to PS Safdarjung Enclave, South West District. Hence, the present complaint alongwith the enquiry report (in original) is being transferred to your good office for taking necessary action at your end, please.”
3. In view thereof, since part of the reliefs sought stands satisfied therefrom, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 4.
