For Petitioner(s): M/s.Kamachi For Respondent(s): No appearance ORDER The civil revision petition was referred to the Mediation Centre for exploring the possibility of settlement. 2. The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to High Court forwarded a report dated 09.03.2026 stating that the dispute in the matter has been settled between the parties. The agreement reached between the parties dated 09.03.2026 is also annexed with the mediation report. 3. The civil revision petition is filed by husband challenging the order passed by the Family Court directing him to pay interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month to the respondent/wife. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 1901 of 2024 __________ Page2 of 4 4. A perusal of the agreement signed by the parties would indicate that both the petitioner and the respondent agreed to re-unite and the petitioner agreed to set up independent house and start life with the respondent within two months from the date of agreement. The agreement between the petitioner and the respondent dated 09.03.2026 was signed by both the parties and counter signed by their respective counsels identifying them. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the parties settled the dispute in terms of agreement dated 09.03.2026. Hence, the civil revision petition may be disposed of in terms of agreement. 6. There is no representation for the respondent. Even on the last occasion on 23.03.2026, there was no representation for the respondent. 7. Taking into consideration the Mediation Centre forwarded a report stating that the dispute has been settled and the mediation agreement is signed by both the parties with counter signature of the counsel for petitioner and counsel for respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of the civil revision petition in terms of settlement agreement dated 09.03.2026. The said agreement shall form part of the order passed in this revision. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
