The petitioner, invoking Section 483 BNSS, is seeking regular bail in connection with Ranguli P.S Case No. 19/2026 under Section 64/65(1) BNS, r/w section 6 of POCSO Act. He was arrested on 28-05-2026. The informant has been impleaded as respondent No. 2. The Case Diary was called for, but the learned Additional PP, Mr. K. Baishya, submits a wireless communication stating that the investigation is completed in the case resulting in a charge-sheet vide C.S No. 27/2026 dated 23-07-2026. In the context of the same, the learned counsel submits that he may be given the liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for regular bail. The prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may approach the learned Trial Court for regular bail, and if done so, necessary orders may be passed on the same.
