Learned counsel, therefore, prays that the present writ petition be permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to pursue the aforesaid application before the DRAT and to seek expeditious adjudication thereof. 4. Having regard to the submission made, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty as prayed for. 5. We expect that the DRAT shall consider and decide the petitioner’s pending application on the next date fixed or as expeditiously as possible thereafter, in accordance with law. 6.
