If any dispute arises between two or more Anchal Reference Panchayats or between an Anchal Panchayat and any of its of disputes constituent arain, Panehayat within the jurisdiction of the to same Anchalik Parishad, it shall be referred to the Anchalik Anchalilc Parishad by any party to the dispute. The decision of the Anchalik Parishad on such dispute shall be final.
