No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against Indemnity. the Zilla Parishad or the Anchalik Parishad or against any member or associate member of such Parishad or of any Standing Committee thereof or any officer or employee of such Parishad for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules, regula- tions or bye-laws made thereunder.
