(3) The Chief Executive Officer may recommend the dismissal, removal or reduction in rank of an officer or employee holding a post carrying a monthly salary of less than rupees two hundred to the Finance and Establishment Committee and such Committee shall forward the case to the Anchalik Perished with its own recommendation. The Anchalik Parihad may, if it is satisfied with such recom- mendation of the Finance and Establishment Committee, dismiss, remove or reduce in rank any such officer or employee. (4) No officer or other employee holding a post carrying a monthly salary of rupees two hundred or more shall be punished by the Anchalik Perished except by a resolution of the Anchalik Perished passed at a meeting.
