(1) An elected member of a Standing Committee Term of shall hold office for a period of four years or for so long as office of he continues to be a member of the Zilla Parishad, which- grigag ever is earlier. Commit. tees. (2) An officer appointed as a member under clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 34 shall hold office until another officer is appointed to replace him.
