05 "notification" means a notification published in the Official . Gazette; (g) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (h) "wages" has the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (rr) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947; (i) "workman" has the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (s) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
