(1) A business certificate referred to in section 16 Issue of may be issued by the officer prescribed in this behalf on bness certificates, application made in that behalf and on payment of such fees the period as may be prescribed. of their validity (2) Every such business certificate shall be valid for one anci year from the date of issue. records and (3) Every holder of such business certificate shall keep returns. such record and submit such return to the officer referred to in sub-section (1) as may be prescribed.
