(1) The holder of every licence shall keep a record containing such particulars as may be prescribed, of all wild animals hunted by him during the currency of the licence. (2) Not later than thirty days after the expiry of his licence, the holder of the licence shall surrender his licence and also the record referred to in sub-section (1) to the Divi- sional Wild Life Preservation Officer concerned and shall also furnish him with a declaration in the prescribed form certifying the accuracy of the record.
