Where a license under Chapter II or Chapter IV is lost, destroyed, torn or defaced, the Warehouse Authority or the Prescribed Authority, as the case may be, shall, on application made in this behalf and on payment of the prescribed fee, issue a duplicate license in the prescribed, manner.
