If any person is dissatisfied with any decision of the Council refusing or cancelling the registration of his name or directing the correction or cancellation of any entry in the register, he may at any time within thirty days from the date of such decision and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, appeal to the State Government and the decision of the State Government shall be final.
