- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Upendra Nath Mukherjee Memorial Hospital Acquisition Act, 1982
- S. 2In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Definitions
- S. 3On and from the appointed day the Hospital shall, by virtue of this Act, be transferred to, and vest in, the State Gove
