(1) There shall be constituted by the Board a fund to be called "the West Bengal Unorganised Sector Workers Welfare Fund" and there shall be credited thereto — (a) any grants and loans made to the Board by the State Government under section 10; (b) all the contributions made by the beneficiaries ; (c) contributions by the employers, if any ; (d) all sums received by the Board from such other sources as may be determined by the State Government. (2) The Fund shall be applied for meeting — (a) the expenses of the Board in discharge of its function under section 9 ; (b) Salaries, allowances and other remuneration of the Chairperson, the Vice- Chairperson, members, officers and other employees of the Board; (c) the expenses to be incurred for the accomplishment of the objects and for the purposes authorized by this Act. (3) The Board shall incur, in any financial year, expenditure towards salaries, allowances and other remuneration to its Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, members, officers and other employees and for meeting the other administrative expenses within such limits as may be prescribed.
