(1) The Chancellor may constitute a Review Commission to review the working of the University and to make recommendations. (2) The Review Commission shall consist of not less than three eminent educationists to be appointed by the Chancellor in consultation with the State Government. (3) The terms and conditions of appointment of the members of the Review Commission shall be such as the Chancellor may determine in consultation with the State Government. (4) The Review Commission shall, after holding such enquiry as it deems fit, make its recommendations to the Chancellor. (5) The Chancellor may take such action on the recommendations of the Review Commission as he deems fit.
