In section 66 of the principal Act,— (1) in the marginal heading, for the words "West Bengal University of Teachers' Training, Education Planning and Administration", the words "Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University" shall be substituted; (2) in sub-section (1), for the words "West Bengal University of Teachers' Training, Education Planning and Administration", the words "Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University" shall be substituted.
