In section 3 of the principal Act,— (1) in sub-section (1), for the words "West Bengal University of Teachers' Training, Education Planning and Administration", the words "Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University" shall be substituted; (2) in sub-section (2), for the words "West Bengal University of Teachers' Training, Education Planning and Administration", the words "Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University" shall be substituted; (3) in sub-section (4), for the words "West Bengal University of Teachers' Training, Education Planning and Administration", the words "Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University" shall be substituted.
