1 ) All recognised teachings in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University shall be conducted by the Teachers of the University or of any affiliated institution, as the case may he., under the general control of the Court and immediate control of the Executive Council and the Academic Council. -(2) The courses of study, the curricula and the, authorities responsible for organising such teaching shall be such as may be provided by regulations.
