(I) No person shall be qualified for election or nomination as a member of any authority ,of body of the University or shall continue as such member if he,— f,i) is of unsound mind, or is an undischarged insolvent, or (lb) has been convicted by a court of law for an offence involvint2 moral turpitude. (2) In case or any doubt or dispute the Chancellor's decision whether a person is disqualified under the provisions of sub-section (I) shall be final.
