No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any servant of the -Crown for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act. (0) Jurisdiction to try offences. Officers to be deemed publics servants. Indemnity. .10. (1) The Provincial Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) in particular -and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :— (a) the venereal diseases referred to in clause (4) of section 2; (b) the diseases, infirmities or abnormalities referred to in section 3; the persons and classes of persons referred to in sub-section (2) of section 4; the manner of sending confidentially an adver- tisement, article or thing referred to in clause (b) of section 6.
