(1) As soon as may be, after the receipt of the Development Plan, together with the report of the Committee, but not later than sixty days, the State Government may either approve the Development Plan with or without modifications or return the Development Plan to the concerned authority to modify the plan or to prepare a fresh plan in accordance with such directions as the State Government may issue in this behalf. (2) After modification in the plan or preparation of a fresh plan in accordance with the directions of the State Government under sub- section (1), the same shall be submitted to the State Government for approval and the State Government shall intimate its decision within sixty days of the receipt of the plan. 129 Public notice of the preparation of the Development Plan.
