The Calcutta Metropolitan Development Authority may, by order in writing and subject to such conditions as it may think fit to impose, delegate any of its powers, duties and functions under this or any other Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder to the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary or any other officer appointed under this Act.
