Any Planning Authority or Development Authority may, by resolution, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder (except the power to prepare any development plan or development scheme or to make regulations) may also be exercised by any local authority or any officer of the State Government with previous consent of the State Government, or any officer of the Planning Authority, Development Authority or local authority as may be mentioned therein, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein. Fine when realised to be paid to Planning Authority or Development Authority. Members, officers and employees to be public servants. Protection of action taken in good faith.
