For the purpose of this Act, any Authority or an officer appointed Power to under the provisions of this Act to discharge the function of the Authority compel attendance of or the Tribunal may summon and enforce the attendance of witnesses witness, etc. including the parties interested or any of them and compel them to give evidance and compel the production of documents by the same means and as far as possible in the same manner as is provided in the case of 5 of 1908. Civil Court by the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
