(1) The Planning Authority or the Development Authority Composition concerned or any person authorised in this behalf may, either before or of offences. after the institution of the proceedings, compound any offence made punishable by or under this Act. (2) The composition of an offence under sub-section (1) shall have the effect of an order of acquittal.
