A copy of tiny receipt, application, plan, notice, order, entry in a register, or other document in the possession of any Planning Authority or Development Authority, if duly authenticated by the person authorised by the concerned Authority, shall be received and admitted as evidence of the matters and transactions therein recorded to the same extent, as the original entry or document would, if produced, have been admissible to prove such matters.
