(1) Any person liable for such development charge dissatisfied with the order of assessment may within thirty days from the date of the order appeal to the State Government. (2) On an appeal made under sub-section (1), an officer of the State Government appointed in this behalf shall, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to such person and the Planning Authority or Development Authority concerned, pass such order as he deems fit.
